NHAIS Training

Videos, handouts, forms, and other info to help libraries learn to use NHAIS.

NHAIS Services periodically offers training, free of charge, on how to use various aspects of NHAIS. Courses are typically offered online (using GoToMeeting). We may occasionally offer an in-person class at various locations around the state. Please contact the NHAIS Help Desk at 603-271-2141 if you have any questions.

NHAIS ILL System Self Guided Training

To participate in the NHAIS Interlibrary Loan System each library must (1) be profiled as a participant and (2) have ILL staff trained in the use of the system. Both of these must be done before ILL login credentials will be issued for a library.

To certify that your staff has been trained complete the NHAIS Interlibrary Loan System Self Guided Training form indicating when each required video was viewed, have it signed by the library director, and return the original to NHAIS Services. Note: Separate staff should complete separate forms if one person doesn't view all the required training.

There are 3 sets of videos for self-guided training which have been put into playlists on the NHAIS YouTube channel:
